Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results driven Sales Person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for B2B sales, developing new business opportunities, and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. This is a dynamic position that involves both inbound and outbound sales efforts, as well as collaborating with the marketing team to implement lead generation tactics and promote company products.

• Sales:
  • Identify and prospect new customers through phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, focusing on their needs and how our solutions can help.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Marketing:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in content creation for digital channels (social media, email newsletters, website).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to suggest improvements and strategies for better results.
  • Help manage the company’s online presence and brand consistency.
• CRM & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, marketing efforts, and customer feedback to management.
  • Track market trends and competitors’ activities to stay ahead of industry

• Proven experience in industrial sales preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.

• Some Experience in Marketing and Industrial Chemical Sales.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Previous experience in lead generation or managing sales campaigns.
