Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures, verifying credentials, and following site-specific policies at a government location.;
Monitor entry and exit points, document visitor activity, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive screening and security-related presence.;
Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, access issues, and other security-related concerns.;
Support daily operations by communicating clearly with site contacts, maintaining accurate logs and reports, and following post orders related to restricted areas and controlled access.
