Armed Security Response Team Member

Elite Tactical Role | Immediate Opportunities Available

Starting Pay: $23.69/hour

DSI Security Services is actively seeking highly trained and experienced professionals to join our Armed Security Response Team
—a premier unit within our security operations, designed to respond to high-risk situations, critical incidents, and specialized assignments with precision and professionalism.

As a member of the Armed Security Response Team, you will serve as a visible, armed deterrent and provide rapid tactical response in high-threat or complex environments. This role requires superior judgment, proven law enforcement expertise, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

• Law Enforcement Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of Class 1 law enforcement experience
  • Preferred background in SWAT, tactical response, or other specialized enforcement units
• Professional Standing
  • Must be retired or resigned in good standing, or currently active with a clean professional record
• Firearms Proficiency
  • Must successfully qualify with both a service pistol and a long gun
• Licensing & Clearance
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening

• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure environments
• Strong leadership and situational awareness
• High ethical standards and a team-first mentality
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must maintain reliable communication (e.g., mobile phone)
• Must meet all company and state-specific armed security requirements
