Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and/or public personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around access points, restricted areas, and the perimeter to help identify security-related concerns;
Complete required reports, maintain accurate logs, and report maintenance, access, and/or security-related issues according to site procedures
