Richland County is seeking a Detention Center Safety Officer responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and safety policies. You will supervise the safety program, train staff and detainees, and conduct inspections to maintain safety standards.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, three years of Correctional Security experience, and must obtain required certifications within the first year. Minimum compensation is $22.16 per hour.
