Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns;
Monitor access points and public areas, assist with visitor direction and general information, and help to support an orderly environment within the location;
Document incidents, patrol activity, and security-related observations accurately and promptly in accordance with site expectations and Allied Universal guidelines
