We are seeking a motivated and reliable Bathroom Installer / Helper / Apprentice to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals interested in learning the trade and developing the skills needed to become a full bathroom remodel installer. You will assist experienced installers in all aspects of bathroom renovations, including demolition, installation, and finishing work.

• Assist lead installers with bathroom remodels, including tub/shower installations, vanities, fixtures, flooring, and tile work.
• Prepare work areas by removing old fixtures, materials, and debris.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications.
• Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from company vehicles.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Support team members in ensuring projects are completed on time and to company quality standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Previous experience in construction, plumbing, carpentry, or bathroom remodeling is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Positive attitude and adaptability.

• Primarily on-site at residential.
• May involve working in confined spaces, around dust, and in varying temperatures.
