Residential Electrician - Greenville

Overview

Posting for a new location in GSP area. Residential Service Electrician role with Morris-Jenkins in Charlotte, NC.

• You’ll install, reconnect, and upgrade electrical services. You’ll work on electrical connections to heating and air conditioning equipment or water heaters, and install, maintain, and repair electrical controls, wiring, and lighting systems.
• You’ll serve customers by analyzing work orders, following travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems to ensure a great customer experience.
• You’ll maintain your truck inventory to keep supplies ready for the day and ensure efficient completion of tasks.

• At least three years of electrical experience with strong knowledge of NEC, state, and local codes and regulations
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and accurately
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
• Basic computer skills
• Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in English

• Five years of electrical experience in residential service including HVAC and water heating systems with strong knowledge of state and local codes and regulations
• NC/SC Residential Electrical Contractor license
• Service Titan experience
