Job Summary

This position is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in the electrical trade. The Electrical Helper assists electricians and crew leaders with commercial and industrial electrical construction activities, including underground and above-ground installations, jobsite preparation, and general labor tasks. On‑the‑job training is provided, and employees may have the opportunity to pursue formal apprenticeship training through an external training provider as part of their career development.

• Assist with installing PVC conduit for commercial underground electrical distribution
• Pull wire for commercial electrical installations
• Dig trenches and excavations using hand tools and power equipment under general supervision
• Assist electricians and crew leaders with daily commercial construction tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Entry‑level construction, concrete, or electrical experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for a minimum of 8 hours per day
• Ability to work in various outdoor environmental conditions, including sun and wind
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment background check and drug screening
