Application Specialist

Job Summary

The Application Specialist I is responsible for performing one or more entry‑level installation services, including window tints, ceramic coatings, and paint protection films. This position offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic XPEL environment, providing the opportunity to develop technical skills while upholding XPEL’s industry‑leading standards. The Application Specialist I will support XPEL’s daily operations and collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and a safe, high‑performance work environment.

Install XPEL products (one or more) on entry level jobs as defined difficulty rating/management. Work with other senior level installers to increase capabilities and skillset. Ensure all installations are completed to XPEL’s quality benchmarks by performing initial inspections and making minor adjustments for a flawless finish. Follow all XPEL safety guidelines and participate in ongoing XPEL training to expand installation skills and product knowledge.

Communicate effectively with XPEL team members to ensure efficiency is maintained.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent or local equivalent desired.
• 6 months in application of automotive protective products (XPEL Preferred).
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Strong hand‑eye coordination and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform detailed tasks.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Certifications in one or more services (e.g., tinting and ceramic coatings) from recognized providers such as XPEL or 3M is preferred.
