Application Specialist

* Job Summary:

** The Application Specialist I is responsible for performing one or more entry-level installation services, including window tints, ceramic coatings, and paint protection films. This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic XPEL environment, providing the opportunity to develop technical skills while upholding XPEL’s industry-leading standards. The Application Specialist I will support XPEL’s daily operations and collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and a safe, high-performance work environment.

Core Duties
* Install XPEL products (one or more) on entry level jobs as defined difficulty rating/management.
* Work with other senior level installers to increase capabilities and skillset.
* Ensure all installations are completed to XPEL’s quality benchmarks by performing initial inspections and making minor adjustments for a flawless finish.
* Follow all XPEL safety guidelines and participate in ongoing XPEL training to expand installation skills and product knowledge.
* Communicate effectively with XPEL team members to ensure efficiency is maintained.
* Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED equivalent or local equivalent desired
* 6 months in application of automotive protective products (XPEL Preferred).
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Strong hand-eye coordination and keen attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills.
* Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform detailed tasks.
* Valid driver’s license

Desired Qualifications
