Maintain IT, LTD is a Facility and Plant Maintenance Services Company based in Greenville, SC. We currently have an opportunity to place an experienced industrial mechanic for one of our key client sites in the upstate. This individual shall have responsibility for mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance routes and routines, and break‑down maintenance/repairs in a fast paced automated production environment. Required experience includes industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, equipment alignment, lubrication, mechanical repairs and installation, pump and seal repair, vibration data collection, work‑order documentation, and basic computer skills.

Welding and fabrication skills and industrial electrical experience are a plus. This is a full time position with paid vacation/holidays and competitive benefits.

On the job safety, customer satisfaction, and a team player attitude are a must. A motivated, self‑starter personality with superior communication skills will be essential for success in this team‑oriented environment.

Requirements: Preferred Associate's Degree (2 year) in Industrial Maintenance Technology or equivalent with minimum 5 years’ experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician. Candidate must be drug‑free, have dependable transportation and be able to pass a health screening examination.

Maintain IT, LTD is a Facility and Plant Maintenance Services Company based in Greenville, SC. We are now hiring I&E Technicians for several of our key clients in the Upstate general manufacturing and chemical/plastics industries.

The preferred candidates should possess demonstrated problem solving abilities along with strong troubleshooting and maintenance aptitude within their field. A positive, proactive attitude and superior communication skills are vital for success in this team oriented environment. Candidate should be willing to safely specialize in both preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance and repair while also performing routine electronic and instrument maintenance tasks as required.

Technicians must be willing to document repair information, create standard operating procedures for repetitive tasks, and share knowledge to mentor others. A continued focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement is required.

Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in an industrial maintenance role along with an Associate's Degree in Industrial Electronics is required. Clean safety record, dependable transportation, and clean drug screen.

We currently have an opportunity to place a Distribution Support Services Supervisor at one of our key client sites in the Upstate. The candidate will supervise approximately 15 employees providing maintenance and logistical support services. They will also be a safety conscious leader who will assign work, monitor its progress and interface with the client on day‑to‑day scheduling and logistics.

A positive and proactive attitude and superior communication skills are vital for success in this team oriented environment. This candidate must be willing to document and prioritize the needs of our client, while creating standard operating procedures for repetitive tasks, and sharing knowledge to mentor others. A continued focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement is required. In addition, applicant must be able to recognize needed improvements and provide the information and quotes necessary for our client to make an informed decision.
