Perform fine grading for residential and commercial site development projects;
Operate heavy equipment such as Kubota skid steers, Bobcats, CAT 259 mini excavators, and PC88 excavators;
Support grading operations on large residential subdivisions and commercial job sites;
Assist with underground piping installation and site preparation;
Maintain a 50/50 split between equipment operation and manual labor tasks
