Fogelman Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at Polos at Hudson Corners, a 292-unit community in the Greer area.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in multifamily maintenance, strong HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and holds HVAC and CPO certifications. Experience with Yardi and Happy Co is a plus; a valid driver’s license is required.
