• 3+ years of applicable experience in toolmaking and prototyping.
• Creativity & Innovation – Ability to bring creative ideas and resourceful approaches to prototype and tooling development challenges.

• Proven problem‑solving abilities—identifying and addressing complex prototype and tooling challenges.

• A strong commitment to safety—maintaining the highest standards in the shop environment.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong hands‑on skills with tools and equipment used in prototype and tooling creation.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and precision.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to take accurate measurements and verify tolerances.
