Landscape Crew Member

Nafziger Landscape Services, LLC is looking to hire a Landscape Crew Member to join our team. Most homeowners feel like their yard does not measure up. We help homeowners create and implement a plan to help them love their yard.

• Mowing, string trimming, and weed control.
• Pruning and general clean-up.
• Installing new landscapes and hardscapes.
• A driving pick-up truck with a trailer.

• Drivers License:
  Clean record with no more than 1 accident or 2 tickets in the last 3 years.
• Teachable:
  Willingness to learn new skills or new ways of doing things.
• Hard worker:
  Able to handle full-time hours in various weather conditions and do quality work in a timely manner.
• Team players:
  Must be willing to work as part of the group.
• Integrity:
  Trustworthy without any supervision.
• Able to follow three basic rules:
  Do the right thing. Do everything to the best of your ability. Care about what you are doing and who you are doing it for.

• 4-day work weeks:
  We work Monday through Thursday.
• Work Friday if work is available. Overtime pay over 40 hours: 1.5 x Hourly rate.
• Teaching:
  We want each employee to not only do their job well but to understand why they do their job the way they do it.
• Appreciation:
  We seek out ways to make every employee feel appreciated and a valued member of the team.
• Paid time off After 90 days of employment, we offer 40 hours of personal time.
• Prompt Payment:
  We pay on Wednesday for work completed during the preceding week.
• All employees are hired on a W-2.
• Company-paid Aflac accident and short-term disability policy, available after 90 days of employment, will pay you if you have an injury on or off the job.
