About the RoleRe-Bath is looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in bathroom remodeling. As a Bathroom Remodel Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced installers, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of residential bathroom remodeling while developing the skills needed to advance into a Lead Installer role.
Whether you’re beginning your career in the trades or looking to expand your construction experience, we’ll provide the training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities- Assist experienced installers with residential bathroom remodeling projects.
- Perform demolition and job site preparation.
- Support basic plumbing installation and repairs.
- Assist with tile preparation and installation.
- Hang and finish drywall.
- Assist with carpentry and cabinetry installation.
- Perform painting and finishing work.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while working in customers’ homes.
- Travel to job sites as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as business needs require.
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Six (6) months or more of remodeling, construction, or skilled trade experience.
- Personal truck or reliable transportation preferred.
- Experience using basic hand and power tools.
