Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Some Saturdays

Looking to take the next step in your equipment operating career? We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Equipment Operator to join our grading crew
. This is a great opportunity to work on local projects

Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, graders, loaders, and excavators for grading and site prep

Safely and efficiently move earth and materials to meet grade specifications

Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance

Follow site plans, grades, and directions from supervisors or foremen

Work collaboratively with other crew members to complete projects on time and to spec

2+ years of experience operating grading equipment

Strong knowledge of finish grading, slopes, and proper techniques

Commitment to safety and precision

Reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented attitude

Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, but not required)

Local Projects – No Travel Required
