Job Title: Lead Mitigation Technician - Water & Fire Restoration

Employment Type & Pay: Full-Time | $20-$25per hour BOE and overtime work
Location: Greer, SC - Rytech of the Upstate
Bring your restoration knowledge to a leadership position. Rytech Restoration is seeking a motivated technician who can lead mitigation efforts, coordinate project activities, and help ensure successful outcomes for restoration projects.
Job Responsibilities- Lead water mitigation and fire restoration services, including mold remediation jobs and fire clean up
- Evaluate damage and establish restoration plans
- Set up, inspect, and monitor air movers and dehumidifiers (drying equipment)
- Perform demolition and structural drying tasks
- Prepare job documentation and project updates including capturing photos, notes, and moisture readings
- Provide consistent support for team members
- Maintain job quality

- WRT Certification required
- A clean driver's license
- 2+ years of experience with water and fire restoration
- Willing to work on-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays
