Class A CDL Driver - OTR

Cheeseman Transport is hiring CDL A OTR Drivers out of Greer, SC. OTR. Drivers will be delivering forklifts, tow motors and parts on a dry van trailer. • Operate newer model Kenworth, Peterbilt, and Freightliner trucks with automatic transmissions
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Deliver forklifts, tow motors, and parts on a dry van trailer
• Adhere to safety procedures and best practices while on the road
• Utilize ELD (Samsara) and outward-facing camera systems as required

OTR schedule:
Out 2 weeks and home 3 days

• Newer model Kenworth, Peterbilt, and Freightliner trucks
• Automatic transmission
• Governed speed: 68 mph
• ELD equipped using Samsara
• Outward facing camera

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have 6 months driving experience
• Hazmat & tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain within 60 days of employment
• No felony in the past 7 years
• No alcohol-related offense in the past 5 years
• Must meet DOT testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
