Location:

Greer, SC

$37.50–$49.25 per hour

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

40 hours per week | Long-term, ongoing contract

W-2 position

100% Onsite – No Remote Work

PTO, Holiday Pay & Sick Pay Offered

What will you actually be doing?

In simple terms, you will help make sure transportation companies are doing their jobs correctly and keeping freight moving. You will work with trucking and transportation providers, warehouse teams, and other departments to solve problems, track performance, and make sure transportation rules are followed. You will help get damaged trailers repaired, look at transportation problems, create reports, and lead projects to improve the way things work.

You will also follow up when a transportation provider is not meeting expectations and help get the issue fixed.

What are we looking for?

You must have the following experience:

  • 5+ years of DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations experience
  • 5+ years of logistics service provider/supplier compliance or supply chain management experience
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of transportation scheduling experience
  • 3+ years of predictive analytics or statistical risk analysis experience
  • 5+ years of professional problem-solving experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience creating reports using Excel and/or Power BI
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with transportation service providers and suppliers
  • Ability to understand warehouse processes and how freight moves into and out of a warehouse
  • Ability to manage transportation-related projects and resolve operational issues

Education

A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

Equivalent experience may be considered: 4+ additional years of related professional experience may substitute for the degree requirement.

Schedule Requirements

This is primarily a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 1st shift position.
