AM and PM Stand Up Forklift & Reach Truck Operators

Job Description

ALL POSITION REQUIRE 1 YEAR+EXPERIENCE. NO TRAINING OFFERED

We are currently seeking experienced Stand-Up Forklift and Reach Truck Operators to join our fast-paced shipping team. This position will support Inventory and shipping dock operations by assembling pallets, scanning shipments, and assisting with loading and warehouse logistics.

Candidates will work closely with the shipping team to ensure all pallets and outbound shipments are scanned, verified, and prepared accurately for delivery.

Shift Availability

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Saturday overtime required as needed

2nd Shift: 2pm-12:30am or 4pm-2:30am

• Saturday overtime required as needed

Currently working overtime, so candidates must be flexible with scheduling.

Requirements

• Must pass background check and drug test
• On-site equipment test required
• Minimum 6 months warehouse experience required
• 1 year forklift experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate stand-up forklifts
• Experience changing batteries and identifying equipment issues
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Must be dependable and safety-focused

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts and reach trucks safely
• Assemble pallets for outbound shipments
• Scan pallets and shipments for shipping accuracy
• Support shipping dock operations and material handling
• Package, kit, and assemble customer orders
• Load and unload trailers while verifying shipment accuracy
• Track shipments and inventory movements within warehouse systems
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Report equipment or safety concerns to leadership
• Follow all warehouse and safety procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned
