Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay:
Starting at $20 - $22 per hour (based on experience)

Drive a light vehicle, such as a truck, with a capacity of less than 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), primarily to deliver or pick up tires. Delivery routes are “until done”, which means shift end time will vary from day to day. May load and unload vehicles; as well as other duties assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the competencies and/or ability required. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Must be able to pass a D.O.T. Physical. Must be 21 years of age.
- Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
- Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, or brakes, to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition.
- Report on any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles.
- Properly document goods delivered or loaded.
- Load and unload trucks
- Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.
- Maintain records, such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements, in accordance with regulations.
- Read maps and follow written or verbal geographic directions.
- Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to bases or other vehicles, using telephones or mobile two-way radios.
- Operating Vehicles, Mechanized Devices, or Equipment
- Running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment, such as forklifts, or passenger vehicles. - Material Handling: Load, unload, secure, and move products safely using hands, arms, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Warehouse Operations Knowledge: Understand basic warehouse processes including receiving, picking, staging, and inventory handling.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally and courteously with customers during deliveries and pickups.
- Performing General Physical Activities
