_ Shift hours:
Monday
- Friday 12:00 pm - 10:30 pm _
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Schedule delivery appointments
- Monitor driver performance, hours, and DOT compliance issues
- Perform data entry and track-and-trace duties
- Provide freight pay and claims resolution
- Handle driver paperwork, bills of lading, and customer order information
At a minimum,you’llneed:
- 1 year of related experience
It’dbe great if you also have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in transportation and DOT regulations
- Solid attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word,Exceland Outlook) and Omnitracs
