Blue Ridge Haulers is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for our Eastern Regional Fleet. Just finished CDL school? Skip the guesswork. We offer structured hands-on training, reliable home time, and guaranteed weekly pay from your first day on the road. This role is ideal for new drivers who hold a valid Class A CDL but do not yet have professional tractor-trailer experience.
Drivers complete a mentorship program before moving into steady regional freight, running mostly no-touch drop-and-hook loads in modern equipment.
- 70% Drop and Hook / 30% Live Load or Unload (No touch freight keeps you moving)
- Bi-weekly home time followed with two full days off (A schedule you can actually count on)
