Blue Ridge Haulers is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for our Eastern Regional Fleet. Just finished CDL school? Skip the guesswork. This role is ideal for new drivers who hold a valid Class A CDL but do not yet have professional tractor-trailer experience.

Drivers complete a mentorship program before moving into steady regional freight, running mostly no-touch drop-and-hook loads in modern equipment.

• 70% Drop and Hook / 30% Live Load or Unload (No touch freight keeps you moving)

• 3 to 4 weeks (200 to 250 hrs) with an experienced trainer / mentor
• Paid training program at $850 per week with guaranteed weekly pay throughout training

• Immediate transition to full solo pay and your own truck upon completion
