Warehouse Manager

We are immediately hiring a Warehouse Manager in York, PA for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, paid twice per month. Exempt position. Schedule Monday-Thursday 7:00am to 5:30pm.

• Customer service satisfaction and expectation management.
• Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling.
• Health and safety management.
• Compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Lead inbound and outbound operations; oversee warehouse operations management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
• Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry‑related field.
• One or more years of direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) required, advanced level.
• Advanced knowledge of logistics industry.
• Advanced knowledge of customer/company local and federal regulations.
• Intermediate knowledge of supply‑chain management components.
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and production.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, highly organized, excellent time management.
