Pride Staff - - Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Work unsupervised to manage the nightly flow of the warehouse, ensuring all tasks are completed before the morning shift arrives.;
Material Handling:
Safely load and unload trailers, and stage items using a forklift; maintain a certified forklift driver license at all times.;
System Management:
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) via scanners and notepads to track movement and maintain accurate monthly inventory.;
Documentation & Compliance:
Manage all Bills of Lading (BOLs) and associated shipping/receiving paperwork with meticulous attention to detail.;
Planning & Staging:
Organize the warehouse floor and dock areas through strategic planning and staging of materials for upcoming production or shipments.
