Inventory Accuracy Associate

Responsibilities

The BDC Cycle Counter Team Member is primarily responsible for ensuring data integrity in the Lowe’s DMS and HOST locator systems, researching and resolving discrepancies when necessary. The role performs routine cycle counts of inventory to ensure system and physical quantities match, follows established processes, researches and documents issues, supports multiple departments in handling inventory discrepancies, proactively identifies errors or trouble areas, corrects potential problems, offers proactive solutions, and performs any other duties as assigned.

This role does not require regular travel.

Required to work a set schedule that may be changed or modified by management based on facility needs. Availability is required for morning, afternoon, nights, or weekends depending upon assigned shift, and overtime may be required.

Must work in a distribution/warehouse environment and be able to lift 25 pounds; ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrated track record of good attendance.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Basic computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Post‑secondary education.
• Experience using troubleshooting processes to resolve problems.
• Experience in distribution center operations.
• Experience with software applications such as Excel, Access or data management systems (Lowe’s DMS preferred).
