Warehouse Operations Supervisor – 3rd Shift

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Prepare schedules
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate with leadership, team members and other departments
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Maintain a clean environment

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Experience with computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed
• Availability for planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (preferred)
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred)
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience (preferred)
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
• May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer

Demonstrates expertise in warehouse operations management, including team supervision, training, and adherence to quality standards. Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment while ensuring compliance with AS9100 or ISO standards.
