Provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living.;
Performs routine and non-routine duties as directed by nursing staff, including bathing, dressing, transfers, ambulation, and feeding assistance.;
Measures and records vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration, weight) and documents findings.;
Assists residents with restorative exercises and collects specimens as directed; contributes to the plan of care.;
Maintains a clean, safe environment; restocks supplies and supports families; reports changes to nursing staff.
