Position Overview
This is a support staff position who aids in the Admissions Department on a daily basis but also to other areas of support student services as needed including financial aid and the business office. Reviews and processes transcript requests. Evaluates transcripts received to ensure completeness and responds to requests in accordance with applicable regulations.
ResponsibilitiesAssociate degree preferred or High school diploma or GED; at least 2‑3 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of database management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
- Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
- Working knowledge of the FERPA guidelines.
- Strong customer service skills.
