Take 5 Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to help ensure smooth shifts by supporting the team and delivering a great customer experience. You will engage with customers, assist with daily operations, uphold site standards, and step in to lead the team when management is not on-site to ensure both staff and customers are assisted.
As a Shift Lead, you will direct vehicles through the wash, check for safety and quality, and mentor teammates to sustain high service levels.
