About the Position
We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Doctor for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Mississippi starting Oct 24, 2025. This opportunity requires a minimum of 8 shifts per month and involves managing a diverse range of urgent cases. Qualified candidates should have a valid state license and necessary certifications.

Responsibilities and Duties
Manage cardiovascular emergencies
Address respiratory emergencies
Respond to neurological emergencies
Provide care for trauma and musculoskeletal emergencies
Treat abdominal and gastrointestinal emergencies

Additional Information
Must hold a current Mississippi license and have completed a 3-year residency or 1-year post-grad training with board certification
Board certification in Emergency Medicine preferred but not required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) required
Accepts 3rd year residents with 2 years of case logs requested (not required)
Criminal background check required before orientation
Provider must have a recent 2-step PPD or Quanti
