We are currently seeking an Executive Housekeeper
, who is committed to creating outstanding experiences that are original and timeless.

The role of our Executive Housekeeper

To manage the daily operations of the housekeeping team members, promoting quality service and a safe environment to achieve maximum guest satisfaction, protection of assets and manage expenses. In addition to maintaining adequate inventory of supplies, analyze data and compile reports on expenditures, wages and labor in relation to resort financial forecast and budget.

The Executive Housekeeper also manages the daily operation of guests’ room maintenance, public areas and laundry operations, and ensures service standards compliance.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of Housekeeping & Laundry Management experience with responsibility for Departmental P/L and over 30 employees.
• Minimum of 2 years operational management experience in a luxury/ultra-luxury resort.
• Advance knowledge chemicals usage for Housekeeping & Laundry.
• Operating knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to successfully prioritize and complete tasks through team members in prescribed timeframe and manage workflow.
• Detail oriented.
• Knowledge of equipment used in public spaces and rooms to increase efficiency.
