As Purchasing Manager, you will support all directives on environmental protection and preservation, re-usage and minimum wastage, purchasing and packaging such as the abolition of single-use plastic. You will support the Sustainability Guidelines as they relate to the department and set goals to improve performance.

In this role, you will manage the efficient operation of the IT & Telecommunications department to provide exceptional products and services within Six Senses brand operating standards and budget.

You will work strategically with the Director of Finance to develop cohesive and productive goals for the department and establish procedures/guidelines to achieve them. You will maintain an overall consistency of the Company’s vision, quality/standards and develop concepts consistent with brand identity.

• Purchasing practices will meet the requirements of the Six Senses nutrition and sustainability platforms.
• Assessvendorsandmarket.
• Manage ordering,stock takesand storageto be done atthe required timesandensureall stock is on hand, is of the right quality and properly storedin line with Six Senses standards.
• Instill a fair and transparent Vendor/Supplier Vetting process and hold our vendors/suppliers to our Sustainability and Eatwith Six Senses guidelines.
• Purchasing practices will meet the requirements of the Six Senses nutrition and sustainability platforms.
