We are currently looking for multiple experienced and passionate Salesforce Lead Developers to join our growing team and lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and customizations.

This role is ideal for professionals who bring strong technical expertise along with excellent communication skills. We’re seeking individuals who have prior experience managing client interactions and possess a deep understanding of business processes across various domains.

This is a full time role for a Salesforce Lead Developer. The Salesforce Lead Developer will lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and customizing Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components, developing and administering  applications, and ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders, providing technical guidance, and optimizing existing Salesforce functionalities.

• Proficiency in Salesforce Development, including designing and developing custom solutions
• Experience with Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for building user interfaces
• Skills in Salesforce Administration to manage and maintain the platform
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and Agentforce functionalities and system architecture
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects effectively
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer and Administrator are highly desirable
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
