Cycle Counter- 1st shift- Materials- Grenada

Job Description:

The Cycle Counter/Receiving Clerk is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and integrity by ensuring correct delivery, performing cycle counts, random audits and reconciliation of inventory variances.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Perform work within takt/cycle time

* Perform work per work instructions

* Provide and process movement of material to point of use

* Keep work area clean by disposing empty boxes and cardboard, as well as keeping material around the assembly line in order and neat

* Inform proper personnel of material shortage

* Enter Received material in the computer and maintain and order shipping supplies

* Check in and place materials from other cells

* Pull parts for other cells and transfer in the computer and enter scrap

tickets (ST)

* Train others in all areas

* Physically count components and parts to correlate with in-house inventory

* Update transactions in computer system

* Cycle count process

* Enter scrap tickets

* Operate forklift

* Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area

Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities

* Understand and follow verbal and written instructions, as well as drawings and blueprints

* Basic math skills

* Knowledge of Dynamics AX Material Handler and Cycle Inventory Menu

* Certified forklift operator

Education and Experience Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Experience as a material handler preferred
