CCP Coil Repairer 3rd Shift

Analyze and repair all coils delivered to repair area with defects from upstream operations. Repair coils that have been damaged in production

• Analyze any product delivered to the repair area to determine if the product can be repaired with cost saving initiatives in mind.
• Repair any and all coils delivered to the repair area that’s repairable
• Complete all forms of documentation and deliver to supervisor
• Must be able to coil and sub braze.
• Must be able to water test coils as needed.
• Must understand expand tip sizes for copper tube sizes
• Read and understand coil prints
• Assist in training personnel as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
