Position Description

* The Unit Builder is responsible for assembling V-Blocks and related components used in industrial chiller units. This position requires the ability to read engineering drawings, use hand and power tools, and follow quality and safety standards to ensure the accurate assembly of chiller subassemblies and finished products.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble V-Blocks and related components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

* Install, align and secure mechanical components to ensure quality standards are met

* Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.

* Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety guidelines.

* Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and staging of components as needed.

* Work collaboratively with team members.

* Must be able to lift 5-20 lbs.

* May be asked to assist in other departments during down time.

GED or High School Diploma
