Assemble flare tube extensions, return bends, headers, manifolds, and copper hookup components into coils according to coil prints and blueprints;
Prepare header and manifold components for brazing both on and off the production line;
Braze components using an oxygen-acetylene braze torch with BCUP 5 brazing rod and Stay-Silv Brazing Flux;
Braze sub-assemblies using various brazing rods to meet product specifications;
Braze 180- and 360-degree joints with a braze torch while maintaining strong, clean joints
