CCP Fabricator - Straight Tube Cutoff​/Rollfeed 3rd Shift

Position Description

Operator to set up and operate various equipment used in bending, drilling, sawing, or forming copper parts, making adjustments necessary to comply with drawings, quality and methods procedures.

• Interact with others and be self‑motivated to maximize production.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Operate and read all measuring devices.
• Set up and operate various equipment used in bending, drilling, sawing, and forming parts.

• Must stand constantly, walk occasionally, bend frequently, squat occasionally, and reach forward frequently. These motions are sustained and repetitive.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs. or more with assistance and use proper body techniques when performing floor, knee, and waist lifts.
• Must wear safety protective equipment at all times. Safety glasses required at all times.

• Perform other jobs in the cell as needed.
• Assist in training personnel as required.

• Ability to read and interpret complicated shop drawings.
• Strong mechanical background and ability to use simple math with decimals and fractions.
• Must wear safety protective equipment at all times.
