And we’re pushing the limits in firmware engineering, power electronics, embedded systems, machine learning, and the use of artificial intelligence.
- Set up, operate, and shut down paint line
- Able to work in dust, vapors, etc.
- Load/unload paint line with product
- Recognize and react to problems with equipment, make adjustments as required
- Inspect and verify product according to quality standards
- Use paint thickness gauge to verify paint thickness
- Hone turnover belt (powder application)
- Perform daily Preventative Maintenance (PM) on paint line equipment
- Inspect, clean, and change out tips on paint guns
- Perform frequent walk-throughs to ensure equipment is operating properly
- Change out and add paint as required
- Check and clean re-claim hoppers
- Maintain production pace and standards
- Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area

Ss - Understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic math skills
- Basic mechanical skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of machine operation experience preferred
