Machine Operator - 3rd shift

Every developmental phase of these critical components happens in-house under the watch of this team. We continue to invest in electrical engineering resources to design and develop leadership in electronic capabilities; something unique within the industry. And we’re pushing the limits in firmware engineering, power electronics, embedded systems, machine learning, and the use of artificial intelligence.

• Set up, operate, and shut down paint line
• Able to work in dust, vapors, etc.
• Load/unload paint line with product
• Recognize and react to problems with equipment, make adjustments as required
• Inspect and verify product according to quality standards
• Use paint thickness gauge to verify paint thickness
• Hone turnover belt (powder application)
• Perform daily Preventative Maintenance (PM) on paint line equipment
• Inspect, clean, and change out tips on paint guns
• Perform frequent walk-throughs to ensure equipment is operating properly
• Change out and add paint as required
• Check and clean re-claim hoppers
• Maintain production pace and standards
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area

• Basic math skills
• Basic mechanical skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of machine operation experience preferred
