Position Description
This position will use bill of material and print to test coils to comply with safety, quality and methods procedures. Set up and operate testing equipment used for leak detection of copper, brass and cupro-nickel construction.
Key Responsibilities- Operate equipment
- Set up equipment
- Identify and locate required tooling
- Inspect coils prior to test
- Assemble vent and drain plugs, if required
- Apply set pressure to coil and submerge under water to check for leaks
- Repair all leaks and record data
- Certified brazer
- Flexible, problem‑solving oriented
- Acceptable to change and display initiative to learn and make improvements in the workplace
- Must be a certified brazer

- Day One
