Job Description:
Responsibilities- Operate powder coat (blades) and liquid (holesaw) paint equipment.
- Receive, store, and distribute materials and equipment, ensuring correct delivery and shipment.
- Perform work within takt/cycle time.
- Perform work per work instructions.
- Provide and process movement of material to point of use.
- Keep work area clean by disposing empty boxes and cardboard, and keeping material around the assembly line orderly.
- Inform proper personnel of material shortages.
- Check in and place materials from other cells.
- Operate forklift.
- Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area.
- Practice 6S.
- Understand and follow verbal and written instructions, drawings, and blueprints.
- Basic math skills.
- Certified forklift operator.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in material handling.
