Builder
This role assembles units in a large plant environment by following dimensional drawings, safety requirements, and established quality methods. You will work across multiple stations, use a variety of hand and power tools, and contribute to consistent, high-quality production.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble units according to dimensional drawings, safety requirements, and quality methods.
- Use impact tools, pliers, wrenches, and other hand tools safely and effectively.
- Move between several workstations as production needs require.
- Record completed processes and maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
- Lift and move materials and components weighing up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- Assist with outdoor prep and packing as needed, even though the primary role is indoors.
Essential
Skills:
- Proficiency using hand tools such as pliers and wrenches.
- Ability to safely operate impact tools and other basic power tools.
- Capacity to perform repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Willingness to stand, walk, and stoop for long periods in a large plant environment.

Work Environment:
The role is based in a large plant environment that is not temperature controlled, so conditions may vary with the seasons. You will stand, walk, and stoop for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grenada, MS.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
