GC Tester 2nd Shift

GC Tester 2nd Shift

Use Bill of Material and print to test coils, comply with safety, quality and methods procedures. Setup and operate testing equipment used in leak detection of copper, brass and cupro-nickel construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment, setup equipment, identify and locate required tooling and inspect coils prior to test.
• Assemble vent and drain plugs, if required.
• Apply set pressure to coil and submerge under water and check for leaks.
• Repair all leaks and record data.

Required Education &

Qualifications:

Must be flexible, problem solver, adaptable, and display initiative to learn and make improvements in the workplace. Must be a certified brazer.
