GC Final Assembler A 2nd shift

Perform various tasks per group leader instruction to assemble coils in compliance with dimensional drawings, safety requirements, and quality methods and procedures.

• Operate and set up equipment; identify and locate required tooling; ensure work is correct.
• Make arithmetic calculations, read blueprints, understand a bill of materials, and use measuring devices.
• Use equipment in the assigned area (e.g., impact guns, pop-rivet guns) and any other related equipment as required.
• Pull parts for the next order, set up sheet metal, install fins, and lace tubes per the drawing.
• Assist in training personnel when required.

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations, understand decimals, and read blueprints. Must be able to correct tool wear and report issues.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to make basic adjustments to equipment to keep the process in control.
• Physical requirements:
  
  lifting and pushing up to 50 lbs; standing and walking; bending and stooping.
• Multi-tasking ability to keep work progressing; mental and visual alertness and self-motivation.
• Must be able to work any hours required.
• Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
