This position will use bill of material and print to test coils to comply with safety, quality and methods procedures. Set up and operate testing equipment used in leak detection of copper, brass and cupro‑nickel construction.

• Use bill of material and print to test coils to comply with safety, quality and methods procedures.
• Set up and operate testing equipment used in leak detection of copper, brass and cupro‑nickel construction.
• Operate equipment, set up equipment, identify and locate required tooling, and inspect coils prior to test.
• Assemble vent and drain plugs if required, apply set pressure to the coil, submerge under water, and check for leaks.
• Repair all leaks and record data.

• Must be a certified brazer.
• Must be flexible, problem‑solving oriented, accept changes, and display initiative to learn and make improvements in the workplace.
