Prep & Pack-Chillers
The prep & pack operator is responsible for preparing, inspecting, packaging, and staging chiller units and components for shipment. This position ensures products are properly assembled, protected, labeled, and meet company quality standards before leaving the facility. The role requires attention to detail, safe work practices, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare chiller units and components for final packaging
- Operate packaging equipment and hand tools safely
- Package products using approved materials and methods to prevent shipping damage
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Education &
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout shift. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
