Unit Builder
This role assembles units according to dimensional drawings, safety requirements, and quality standards. You will work across multiple workstations, use a variety of hand and power tools, and follow detailed instructions to complete assembly tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assemble units in accordance with dimensional drawings, safety requirements, and established quality methods.
- Follow group leader instructions to complete daily production tasks accurately and on time.
- Utilize various tools such as pneumatic impact tools, pliers, wrenches, and other hand tools to perform assembly work.
- Move between several workstations as needed to support different stages of the assembly process.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency using hand tools such as pliers, wrenches, and other basic tools.
- Ability to use power tools safely and effectively.
- Capability to perform general labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.

Work Environment
This position is based in a large, indoor plant environment that is not temperature controlled. You will use various hand tools and pneumatic impact tools and must wear all assigned personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with safety requirements.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grenada, MS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
